The service
Sheppard Industries builds and licenses websites for a monthly fee ($97/month, no setup fee) covering the build, hosting, small edits and support. "Small edits" means minor content changes such as text, prices, photos and hours. New pages, redesigns and new functionality are quoted separately before work begins.
Payment and cancellation
The setup fee is payable when you approve your draft for publication. The monthly fee is payable in advance. There is no lock-in beyond the first month: you may cancel with notice before your next billing date. On cancellation we provide an export of your site content; hosting ends at the end of the paid period.
Your content
You own your domain and your content. You confirm that material you supply (text, images, logos) is yours to use. We won't publish claims about your business that you haven't confirmed.
Draft previews
Draft previews we prepare are illustrations of what a site could look like. They are clearly labelled, excluded from search engines, imply no affiliation with your business, and are removed on request.
Service limits
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or leads. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
