Who we are
Sheppard Industries builds and hosts websites for small Australian businesses. You can contact us at ted@sheppardindustries.com.au.
What we collect
If you contact us or become a customer, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number and the content you want on your website. If you submit our contact form, we receive that information by email and store it to respond to you.
Business outreach
We occasionally contact Australian businesses using contact details the business itself has published publicly (for example on its own website or public directory listing). We record where each contact detail came from. We do not buy email lists. Every outreach email identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe option. If you ask us not to contact you, we add you to a do-not-contact list and remove any draft material we prepared.
How we use information
To respond to enquiries, deliver and support websites, invoice customers, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Information is stored in reputable hosting and email services. We limit access to people who need it to do the work.
Access and correction
Email us to access, correct or delete your information. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles to the extent they apply to us.
