How much does it cost?
No setup fee – just $97/month for the site, hosting, SSL, small edits, uptime monitoring and support. Cancel anytime after the first month. Complex extras like booking systems or e-commerce are quoted separately.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. After your first month you can cancel the monthly plan any time. If you cancel, we help you take your content with you.
Who owns the website and domain?
The domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Your content is yours. If you leave, we provide an export of your text and images.
How long does it take?
Most sites are draft-ready within a few days and live within a week of your approval, depending on how quickly you can review and send any photos or details.
Do I need to write the content?
No. Send us whatever you have — even a few dot points — and we write clean, accurate copy for your review. We never invent qualifications, reviews or claims about your business.
What counts as a 'small edit'?
Things like changing prices, updating services, swapping photos, tweaking opening hours or fixing a typo. Larger jobs — new pages, redesigns, new functionality — are quoted before we start.
Will I show up first on Google?
We set up your pages so search engines can understand them properly, which is the foundation. But nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, and we won't pretend otherwise.
I got an email with a draft website for my business. What is it?
We sometimes prepare a free draft preview for local businesses we think could benefit, and email the business using publicly listed contact details. The draft is clearly labelled, isn't public on search engines, and isn't affiliated with your business unless you approve it. If you don't want it, reply 'unsubscribe' or use the link in the email and we'll remove the draft and never contact you again.
What if my site goes down?
We monitor uptime and act on outages. Hosting issues are our problem to fix, not yours.
